70 years have passed since the day that determined our future, our world and our Victory. We proudly bear the title of the victorious people and honor the memory of the difficult years of the war. For many decades after the victorious May of forty-fifth, this holiday unites us with the sacred memory of the heroic deeds and the dedicated work of our fathers and mothers. Strength of spirit, love for the Motherland, dedication and heroism – will always be an example for us, and we will never forget those who gave us freedom and a peaceful sky over our heads.
